How long does it take to receive an order?

The average delivery time is 5 to 10 working days, some products are delivered within a week. To avoid high storage and labour costs, we work directly with our manufacturers and therefore have no middlemen. This allows us to offer you very low prices compared to what you would get in a retail shop.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

Where do we come from?

Our company comes from the EU. We deliver directly from our manufacturers in Eu, Spain, Italy, Switzerland or Asia.

Who delivers my goods and what are the delivery times?

The goods will be delivered to you by your local post office. Items are delivered according to the conditions of the local post office.

What if no one is at home?

Don't worry, if your items are small enough, they will be put in the letterbox. If not, the parcel will be dropped off at your local post office where you can collect it.

I have the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately so that we can update your details. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, no changes can be made once the order has left our warehouse.

There are items missing from my order, where are they?

We work with several suppliers. When you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a specific product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages that arrive at different times (some faster, some slower). However, if you order the same product 3 times, all products will be sent in one package.

How can I redeem my promotion code?

Once you have completed this step, confirm your selection by clicking on "Proceed to checkout". The payment page will open and you can take full advantage of this offer by entering the code which will automatically apply the discount.Example: The promotion "Buy product A, get product B for free" with the code "PROMO" is available on the website. I select the desired product A and product B, which correspond to a predefined selection of items. Both items are in the shopping basket and I can click on the "Proceed to checkout" button and enter my "Promo code" in the next step.

On our website you can now pay by credit card and Paypal. We do not accept bank cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery.
